This is for the purpose of defining the Lessee's business to which the Lease of Chattels relates.

This period starts from the Commencement Date which is defined as follows:

"Commencement Date" means the date upon which the Term of this Lease commences which shall be the later of the following dates: (i) the date upon which the last Consent is given; or (ii) such other date as the parties may at the time of execution of this Deed in writing agree to be the Commencement Date; or (iii) the date of this Deed."

It is not recommended that a day after the Twenty Eighth is specified due to leap years and short months.

This is the clause being completed:

(Notice of Adjustment) Where the Lessor acquires further Chattels which it is prepared to make available to the Lessee for use by the Lessee in the conduct of the Business and the Lessee agrees to take possession under the terms of this Lease of those further Chattels in the Business, then the Lessor may by giving Notice of Adjustment not less than fourteen (14) days prior to any Monthly Payment Date increase the Monthly Rent by an amount equal to ____________ percent ( ____ %) of the purchase price of those further Chattels.

What is the minimum amount of a claim against the Lessee which if not satisfied within 28 days will constitute an Event of Default.

"An Event of Default will occur without the need for the Lessor to provide notice to the Lessee immediately if: the Lessee is held liable under any Claim for an amount exceeding ____________ Thousand Dollars ($ ____,000.00) and such judgment is not satisfied within twenty eight (28) days of it being entered; and/or"
